Letter tracing worksheets for the first ten letters of the alphabet, A through J, each built the same clear way: one large outlined letter to trace, followed by three smaller practice repeats on the same page. Tracing the actual shape by hand - not just looking at a printed letter - is what builds the fine motor control and pencil grip a child needs before writing letters unaided, which is why every page here is meant to be drawn on, not just looked at.

Each worksheet also lists a few real words that start with its letter, so kids can connect the shape they just traced to words they already know. They print cleanly in both A4 and US Letter sizes, work well as single practice sheets or combined into a full classroom letter-of-the-week routine, and - like everything on this site - are free to download with no account required.
